What We Collect

When you book a session, we collect:

• Name, phone number, and Instagram handle (used to identify your booking and coordinate the session)
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
• Booking details — date, time, studio/unit, service, engineer, and payment status
• Photos/video from your session, if we film or photograph it for our own promotional use — see the Media & Promotional Use section of the Terms of Service for how to opt out

How We Use It

Your information is used only to manage your booking, look it up if you call or text to extend/reschedule, process payment, and track studio revenue and payroll internally. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the services that make the booking work (Stripe for payment, Supabase for hosting the booking data).

Looking Up a Booking

The self-service "extend my session" tool on the site looks up bookings by phone number. Don't share a booking confirmation or phone number tied to a session with anyone you don't want managing that booking.

Data Retention

We keep booking and customer records indefinitely for bookkeeping, payout-history, and repeat-client purposes. If you'd like your personal information (name, phone, Instagram handle) deleted from our records, contact us and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep payment/financial records for legal or tax reasons.
